Orders will be processed as specified here. Because of fluctuating demand, we reserve the right to adjust response times accordingly. We guarantee that in any circumstance, follow-ups to orders will be responded to in a maximum of four business days.

If an order arrives damaged, please contact us ASAP. We'll review and print a replacement if possible.

If you are not satisified with any of the drafts, please let us know and we'll work with you to design something you like. If after discussion no designs are accepted, we'll issue a partial refund based on the product ordered.

If we do not recieve an email response within 4 weeks of our prior message, we'll design, ship, and complete the order at that time.

All images are stored on secure infrastructure. Some intermediate images used in the design process are processed on third party servers, which may retain these images and make them available in a limited capacity via their API. We abide by the licenses and terms of the vendors in the above license section.
